3/5(木)　ＹＡＢＵ　Ｆｅｓｔｉｖａｌ（養父フェスティバル）

On Thursday, March 5th, the third-year students held the "YABU Festival." This was held as part of their English classes, and was an effort to express the charms of their hometown, Yabu City, in English. Utilizing the conversational skills they had developed in their English classes, the third-year students worked hard to promote the wonders of Yabu City in English. As a rule, the festival was conducted entirely in English, with students both presenting and asking questions only in English. The students used words and gestures to express many charms of Yabu City, such as Mt. Hyonosen, Maruyama River, Asakura Sansho pepper, Tajima beef, Wakasu Highlands, and Nagusa Shrine.

＜３月５日（木）、３年生が「ＹＡＢＵ　Ｆｅｓｔｉｖａｌ（養父フェスティバル）」を開催しました。これは、英語の授業の一環として開催され、自分たちの故郷である養父市の魅力を英語で表現しようという取組です。３年生生徒はこれまでの英語の授業で培った会話力を駆使し、懸命になって養父市の素晴らしさを英語でアピールしていました。原則として、説明する生徒も質問をする生徒も英語のみを使うオールイングリッシュ形式でフェスティバルは進み、「氷ノ山」「円山川」「朝倉山椒」「但馬牛」「若杉高原」「名草神社」・・・など数々の養父市の魅力を言葉とジェスチャーで表現しあっていました。＞
